Rights that may be available
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have rights to confirm processing and access personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete eligible information; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. California law may also provide a right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information.
The application does not provide comic-account records to AdSense. Google AdSense is configured; advertising settings and consent choices may affect how Google processes information. This page does not represent that every state privacy statute applies to this site.
How to make a request
Email beuhleesanime@gmail.com with the subject “US State Privacy Request.” Identify your state of residence, the right you want to exercise, and your account email if relevant. You do not need to create an account just to contact us.
Requests will be evaluated and answered within applicable legal timelines. Identity verification may be necessary for access, correction, portability, or deletion. If the request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason to the extent required by law.
Authorized agents and appeals
Where allowed by law, an authorized agent can submit a request. We may ask for evidence of authorization and any verification permitted by law.
If a request is denied and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, reply to the response or email beuhleesanime@gmail.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. You may also contact the relevant state regulator or attorney general.
Opt-out signals and equal treatment
Global Privacy Control is a browser-based signal used to express an opt-out preference. Your Privacy Choices displays whether this browser sends the signal. The comic application currently has no sale, sharing for behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising activity to opt out of. Any future implementation must respect signals where required by applicable law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some account features require the information necessary to provide them; deleting that information can affect access or saved progress.
