BIOGRAPHY
Born in the shadowed districts of Velloria, Kaelan was betrayed by the Silent Veil, an order of unseen protectors. He vanished into the night and became a phantom who strikes at those he believes deserve to fall. He leaves no mark. He leaves only silence.
